- Website from which access is made (Referrer-URL),
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.
The mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

If you purchase our Bot-as-a-Service capabilities (purchase or subscription) on our website via the AI Bot Architect or create a customer account, we collect the following personal data:
- First name, Last name,
- Email address,
- Project and billing data.
This data is required to fulfill the contract, provision your dashboard, and configure the purchased bot for you. The processing of the data takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfillment of the contract.
3. Disclosure of Data
A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place. We only share your personal data with third parties if:
- you have given your express consent to this pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
- the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
- in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and
- this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships (e.g., payment processors like Stripe) with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

Your personal data will only be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the contract or as long as we have a legitimate interest in further storage. After full processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be deleted, provided there are no statutory retention requirements to the contrary.

- pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
- pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller,
- pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, to revoke your once given consent to us at any time, and
- pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, to complain to a supervisory authority.

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation.
